Chief Executive Officer

Joe is a seasoned banker with extensive experience in Trade Finance. His areas of expertise cover Business Strategy, Credit Risk Management, and Supply Chain Finance. He has over 20 years’ experience in the financial sector having worked for some of the biggest local and international banks.

Qualifications

Joe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Science & Technology, Ghana and a Master’s Degree in Management and Information Systems (Finance and Economics) from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, London, UK.

Fumani Mathebula

Chief Investment Officer

Fumani has extensive experience in transactional banking and management consulting. He has worked for international consulting firms, as well as local and international banks with a focus on Business Development, Cash Management and Trade Finance.

Qualifications

Fumani holds a BSc Degree with majors in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. He also holds a Master of Business Leadership (MBL) Degree from the University of South Africa.

Ntombifuthi Mabuza

Executive Head: Finance and Administration

Ntombi has extensive experience in audit, financial reporting, internal control, tax and accounting. Her experience includes the following industries: mining, healthcare, investment, media and the public sector.

Qualifications

Ntombi is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a post graduate diploma in accounting sciences (CTA) from the University of South Africa.

Luzuko Mpohla

Chief Operating Officer

Luzuko is a seasoned banker with extensive experience in Enterprise Development and SME banking. His area of expertise covers Sales Strategy, Customer Value Proposition Design, and Start-up Development.

Qualifications

Luzuko holds a BCom Degree with majors in Banking from Milpark Business School, a Business and Financial Modelling Specialisation Certificate from Wharton Business School. He is currently an MBA candidate and York Business School, UK (Entrepreneurship and Innovation).

Nicholas Chisanga

Head Trade Finance

Nicholas is a seasoned banker and has extensive experience in Trade Finance. His area of expertise covers Corporate Banking, Supply Chain Finance, and Credit Risk Management.

Qualifications

Nicholas holds a BSc Degree in Foreign Service majoring in International Law and Organisations from the pre-eminent School of Foreign Service and Georgetown University, Washington DC.

Eleanore Meyer

Senior Transactor: Trade Finance

Eleanore is a seasoned banker and has extensive trade finance experience. Her areas of expertise include International Trade Sales and Services, Structured Trade and Commodity Finance and Financial Institutions (Bank and Country Risk).

Qualifications

Eleanore holds a Diploma in Imports and Exports. She is currently studying towards a Certified Trade Finance Diploma with the International Chamber of Commerce.

Kenneth Brown

Executive, Business Development

Kenneth is a seasoned public servant with an extensive career in government having served as South Africa’s first Chief Procurement Officer in the National Treasury. His area of expertise covers Supply Chain Management, Public Sector Banking, Procurement, and Strategic Management.

Qualifications

Kenneth holds a BA Economics and BA Honours Degree from the University of the Western Cape and a Master of Science Degree in Public Policy from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Ditaolele Namo

Finance Manager

Dita has experience in audit, financial reporting, tax and accounting. Her experience includes the followings industries: telecommunication, energy sector, media as well as the public sector.
